Who we are: NugTrax is operated by an independent developer based in the United States.

Cookies: NugTrax uses minimal first-party cookies required for basic site functionality, including remembering age verification. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or behavioral analytics tools.
Advertising: Any advertising displayed on NugTrax will be clearly labeled. Advertising is contextual only and does not influence price data, market analysis, or system outputs.
Data retention: Anonymous usage data and contributed price data are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service, after which they may be deleted or aggregated.
Data security: Data is transmitted using HTTPS and stored on secure infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the data we handle.
Age restriction: NugTrax is intended for adults only. The service is not directed to individuals under the legal age for cannabis in their jurisdiction.
